Reflection

Scripture encourages believers not to grow weary in doing good. The middle seasons of leadership are often the most testing. The beginning carries excitement. The finish carries celebration. The middle carries repetition.

Steadiness in the middle is rarely noticed. It is often unseen. But it is where credibility is built.

Weariness tempts leaders to lower standards or disengage emotionally. Faithfulness resists that temptation.

Stability is proven not at the start or the end, but in sustained consistency through ordinary days.

Practical Application

Identify where weariness is creeping in.

Recommit to one steady practice.

Continue doing good without waiting for recognition.

Takeaways

The middle season tests endurance.

Faithfulness sustains long-term influence.

Closing Thought

Today I will remain faithful in the long middle.
