Servant leadership flows from renewed identity, not image management. When leaders stop performing and start serving, trust replaces intimidation. Renewal here is internal—releasing the need to appear elevated and embracing the call to be present and faithful.

Leaders renewed in identity no longer lead to protect image. They lead to protect people.
